To achieve a personal and tailored living environment for clients, we work alongside contractors, architects, and any other design trade professionals that will be a part of your redesign and construction process. We provide onsite project management including the review and progress of construction onsite, timeline management, budget management, and oversight of deliverables and installations. During the timeline of your project we will source and provide pricing for all related materials including furnishings, fixtures, and equipment for the entire property.

Third Party Design Liaison: Sometimes design projects need a little outside perspective. Our team is equipped to manage your design project from start to finish. Whether it's reviewing construction and architectural drawings, going over project pricing estimates, or supervising the construction and implementation of the final design; Let us represent you to ensure the entire design process runs smoothly. We use our design expertise to fill the gap that can sometimes exist between the client and the various design trade and construction professionals required to execute a project. We can troubleshoot issues directly on your behalf so that the project is completed in a way that not only meets your visions but exceeds your expectations.

Home Staging: We will work with you and your real estate agent to beautifully stage your home before it goes on the market to maximize the sale of the property. Potential buyers will see how stylish, livable and functional the home is. We add personality to each staging project by using the client's existing furniture and decor, rather than clearing the space and bringing in new pieces.

Art Curation: We work with clients to source and curate artwork on their behalf to add vibrant charm and personality to their homes. We manage the entire art curation process, and work with our art installers to make sure that the pieces are installed correctly, safely, and in the right place.

Home Organization: Our team works with clients to improve the sense of flow, functionality, and quality of life through organizing, space planning, and rearranging existing furniture.

Color Consulting: We work with our clients on selecting general home aesthetics ranging from interior and exterior paint color, and overall color palette.
